From Ballater, pass over the River Dee on the B976. After passing over the river turn right at the T Junction onto the B976 for Braemar. After 0.6 miles take the left turn onto a track (on the left hand side of a memorial bench) just before the road bends right and before the road signposted with a brown sign to Glen Muick. The Track is signposted for Ballintober. Follow this unmade track straight on for 0.3 miles and Ballintober will be the first house you reach on your left hand side.
